Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information received by Evivar Medical Pty. Ltd, its subsidiaries and related bodies.

As a healthcare and therapy management provider, we understand the Licensee's concerns about privacy and security of personal information and sensitive personal information under the Licensee's control and supplied to Evivar Medical for the purposes of the Services. Evivar Medical takes all reasonable steps to comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the National Privacy Principles applicable in Australia.

In particular, Evivar Medical will take all reasonable steps to ensure that personal information and sensitive personal information are:

  • 1. not disclosed to any third party other than as specified in the Licence Agreement;
  • 2. are (to the extent possible, having regard to Internet transmission of the test results) stored securely; and
  • 3. not copied, amended or stored for longer than is necessary (other than in respect back up purposes)

It is the Licensee's sole responsibility to ensure that it:

  • 1. complies with all applicable laws and regulations relating to privacy and data protection in the Licensee's jurisdiction; and
  • 2. informs Evivar Medical of any specific measures which Evivar Medical needs to take (at the Licensee's cost) in order to comply with any specific provisions of privacy or health legislation in the Licensee's jurisdiction

      • This Privacy Policy is supplemental to, and is to be read in conjunction with, the terms of the Licensee's Licence Agreement.
